I believe love is powerful and exists in all that has been created on this planet Earth, and does not need me to do anything but learn how to be with it. I believe I am afraid of love and do not understand how I am to be with it. I follow and pay attention to spiritual teachers who do a pretty good job of explaining things to me once I am open to understanding them. Love is not Lust, and Lust is not Love, and wow is that confusing 🙂
