I am an accomplished and successful builder of toothpick towers, both IRL and in my mind (IMM). IRL materials consist of toothpicks, glue, a steady hand, and a flat base. IMM materials consist of synaptic flashes amplified by ego. I construct self-images that are towers of egotistical impressions of myself. Yes, every few years the IMM towers burn down. I believe that is the symbology of the burning man thing in the desert. Onward, to build more towers 🙂
